Been surfing the net and came across this website.. http://www.search-institute.org/assets/

Search Institute's 40 Developmental Assets® are concrete, common sense, positive experiences and qualities essential to raising successful young people. These assets have the power during critical adolescent years to influence choices young people make and help them become caring, responsible adults.
The list below describes the 40 Developmental Assets for Adolescents (ages 12-18).

So I looked through the list.. Gosh.. I don't qualify for half the stuff there.. In the very first box "External Assets - Support", the only thing that qualifies is probably "Caring school climate - School provides a caring, encouraging environment." Besides that, I hear myself answering "false".. And I'm quite sure most of you won't agree that TJC is a caring and encouraging environment to much of an extent.. =\
Practically I failed the "External Assets" portion like mad.. Nearly 90% not achieved.. I only find myself nodding my head for the "Internal Assets"... Maybe I'm born to be a failure..
